Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized lesson plans based on student needs and goals.
Provide constructive feedback and regular progress reports to students and parents.

Be punctual and dependable for all scheduled classes.

Requirements:
Native English speaker (must be from North America).
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience (preferably online).
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent).
Proven ability to create and deliver structured, engaging lessons.
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, including punctuality, communication, and responsibility.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse student needs.
Comfortable using online teaching platforms and other educational technology.
Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching environment (camera-ready).
